Weekly individual therapy, a weekly clinical group with other partners walking the same ground, and coordination with the man’s IOP treatment team — on your own timeline.

The Program
A serious intensive outpatient program for men in Texas.
Designed and clinically directed by Ian Birdwell, LPC, CSAT, the Iron Ridge IOP provides the structure men need when individual therapy is not enough — without the disruption of residential care.
- 9–12 hours per week of clinical programming

In-person programming runs from our North Austin clinic. The same eight-week clinical arc is delivered by secure telehealth to men anywhere in Texas.
